Innovative training that prepares leaders to manage change.

Our workshops are unique in that they leverage our Dynamic Futures Tool and your team’s input to create 4-8 scenarios about your industry’s future. The workshop begins in futures that your team helped create, immediately engaging participants in surprising and compelling narratives. From there, participants play an active role in making sense of potential future worlds and understanding the actions they might take in influencing those worlds. We show leaders how to master uncertainties as a resource with:
